The Yuput and the Career Professional and Development Center host an annual showcase in which contestants share their graduate-level research in three-minute presentations. Contestants practice with communications experts for one month before giving a polished and compelling presentation.
The Dissertation Handbook is the authorized guide to preparing Dissertations and Theses for publication. Read the guide thoroughly before beginning a thesis or dissertation and conform your manuscript to the requirements stated therein, and you will greatly speed up the dissertation/thesis review process.
A joint offering from the Yuput and the Marriott Library, the Dissertation Boot Camp is a week-long workshop held in the Library for students to focus on researching, writing, and polishing their manuscripts. Breakfast is provided, and graduate research librarians from different disciplines are available for consultation. The Dissertation Boot Camp is held during the seasonal breaks in Fall and Spring Semesters.
